A photograph of the Virgin presides over the Templar Guard IX (31/07/2011)

Templar Jumilla Association held on the eve of July 31, in the chapel of St. Augustine (siglo XVIII) abode of the patron virgin, the Templar Guard IX Our Lady marking the eve of the festivities in honor of the patron Jumilla, the Virgin of the Assumption, in compliance with the Chapter Acts of the Council of the town of Jumilla documents dated 1614, 1615 and 1616, and in furtherance of Canon Calendar.

A graphic document of the Virgin, before the Spanish Civil War, has been used by the milites Christi Jumillano replacing the recumbent image that the Templars without official notice, last July 24 was moved from the shrine - whose no doors have been opened by the town hall-believers and visitors to the church of the Saviour, the Management Board appointed by the bishop to govern the Fraternity of the Assumption, responsible for the transfer to the Assembly of the Brotherhood chosen its president.

The Templars, in protest, have shown face down their shields, flags and banners in their own chapel.

The thunder of fireworks to scare the devil, poems to the virgin, and sweet wine sequillos accompanied the event is part of the annual program referred to in its eighth Templars Cultural Crusade Templar Jumilla bailiwick.
