To achieve this area, HOSTS had the permission from the relevant Provincial Electoral Area and, especially, when previously, both candidates Welcomes, held preliminary meetings to reach agreement on the rules of space, order of operations and drawing of the topics.

Also has enjoyed the cooperation of other local media, which have coverage of this space: Seven Days Jumilla, weekly newspaper, and digital and El Eco de Jumilla TeleJumilla News and local television Telecable Jumilla.

Here are a few touches of the trajectory of each candidate.

Before starting the interventions, we observed a minute's silence for the victims of the earthquake in Lorca.

In the first turn of speech, the candidates held a free speech which explained the basic lines of his electoral program.

Abellán Angel Coalition for Murcia Republican, "we must look to the future, seeking solutions and fighting for full employment."

For his part, José Antonio Pérez de IU-Greens advocate "for public management of services, the consolidation of public accounts, for comprehensive plans for citizen participation and decision-making basis to make cities sustainable, safe and healthy" .

Enrique Jiménez CP, "we come to propose an alternative to the PSOE, as it has lost the pulse train, with a balance sad, employment opportunities and a team of government more focused on listening and insult us in accepting our proposals. "

This ended the first round the PSOE candidate Jesus Sanchez said, "aware of the difficult and delicate moment we live, we come to show their faces, and have done much good and we have all built Jumilla, we are prepared to face challenges, the first project is the establishment of a Social Pact for Employment and Development. "

Then began to develop thematic units, in which, first, each candidate spoke of the policy perspectives and then initiated the debate shifts.

Education, Culture and Tourism

At this point the discussion focused on the Conservatory.

Jesus Sanchez recalled that "we continue to fight for each government to assume its responsibilities, as the Conservatory is the responsibility of the autonomous regions and has not yet been paid to teachers."

In this sense coincided José Antonio Pérez "bet is because this teaching is assumed by the Autonomous Community."

Enrique Jimenez also said that "must be accepted by the Autonomous Communities, but we must take into account the economic difficulties, since the government of Argentina has kept the regional government in debt."

In this statement, Jesus Sanchez replied that the community he has not sent the money even though they are signing contracts, and other municipalities has done so. "Abellán For Angel is that" let's throw the ball back and forth and see how we will move into the future. "

Works, Planning and Environment

In this issue, the IU-Greens candidate, insisted on taking into account environmental issues for any urban development and referred to the three partial plans approved that, "even though they received favorable reports, should of course have been developed more than 30,000 homes, for which services have been lacking. "

For its part, the popular candidate stressed the importance of a comprehensive plan for districts and redevelopment of Old Town.

Jimenez also addressed the "missed opportunity with the Plan E" and the theme of the bike lane on Liberty Avenue, which he said that "only you can understand that it has done for electoral purposes, illegally and contrary reports of the police. "

The socialist candidate replied that "the bike path has been made favorable reports and that the choice made was much better than that posed by the PP to placement on the side of the median with the corresponding threat of heavy vehicles" and insisted in his concern for the Plan of Planning Guidelines on the Altiplano that "limits the development of our municipality and we will not allow."

On this plan, Enrique Jimenez said he was "paralyzed by the lack of action by the government team whose sole purpose is to put the blame on the Autonomous Communities."

Sanchez reminded the allegations made by the City Council in this plan, "which were discussed in full and the PP failed."

José Antonio Pérez was also involved in this regard stating that "what we need to demand is the uniformity of treatment in the guidelines of the region, to defend the possibility of industries, warehouses, etc., But not macrourbanizaciones."

Citizen Participation, Trade and Crafts Celebrations

Here he began talking Angel Abellan and his argument turned in that "the holidays are OK, but we need to look much to spend money."

For his part, Enrique Jiménez defended a permanent exhibition center "as a productive investment for trade, handicrafts, farming and agriculture."

He also accused the PSOE of "this issue has not been his priority and interest has been 0."

Sanchez said in this connection that "not telling the truth, since we do have maintained various meetings and in fact has offered ground, but we need the support of other governments and also you should know that this site can not be done anywhere ".

The socialist candidate recalled that "the Fair Outlet 2010 is still unpaid, 18,000 euros and you have not helped us to claim this money, they should worry about traders and that since the opposition also has to work."

On this show, Enrique Jimenez assured that "this money is going to charge me for a commitment."

Jose Antonio Perez said that "we should play because they bring in land value, low and surfaces, and on the fairgrounds is difficult at this time but would have to work because it was compatible with an enclosure for the holidays."

For his part, Angel Abellán Republican Coalition had an impact on "increasing the participation of all groups in all areas and hear the voice of the people."

Finally, Jesus Sanchez showed the PSOE's intention is to create a "network of investors with innovative ideas."

Social Policy

At this point the debate the Coalition began the Republican candidate saying "we must go for a municipal utility to build social housing, as well as public health, which is now challenged by social cuts and the famous co-payment."

For Angel Abellán "we must be vigilant because this affects the welfare state."

Then, the Socialist candidate said: "The central government is betting on social policy and we wish them well from the regional administration, since the failure to meet its commitments on social programs is that they have to be the paying all Jumillano "

At this point, José Antonio Pérez, said Sanchez's complaints were justified, "but just calling, you have to do the same and do not cut subsidies to the social associations and cooperation."

The IU-Greens candidate also referred to as "co-payment, which for me is nothing to repay, and pay it in several ways."

Enrique Jimenez said he agreed with the four in terms of social policy programs, "but as long as they do also the national duties, and clearly have not done", to which Sanchez recalled that Today the regional administration has not done its part in the conventions of social services, and if they had, could have been offset cutting subsidies to social groups.

Things to do, he added, is to demand the money owed, but together, in the autonomous region, which amounts to about 1,500,000 euros. "

Enrique Jimenez asked if he was ashamed of Zapatero's policies to which Sanchez replied, "not ashamed of anything or anyone, but nevertheless, agree with everything he does José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, who unlike you, San Valcárcel San Rajoy and have to say yes and amen to everything. "

Finally, José Antonio Pérez, intervened to say that "the President of the Autonomous Communities could be called 'Ramon Luis Scissorhands', and that could well be a star pupil of Zapatero."

Employment and Industrial Development

In this issue, the mood of the candidates gained.

Angel began speaking Abellán that affected the "job creation in general and young people."

He also noted that "it would need another government plan, but that companies are Jumillano work and the need to use transparent bags."

The popular candidate accused the Socialist candidate in unemployment figures, and to make contracts for the city to family, friends and card related.

Sanchez replied that this position was not serious, since family and friends have come from all groups mainly related to municipal and Enrique Jiménez himself and in some cases with the first in their list, but also said that no questions the merit of any of the workers.

Respect to all persons who are party.

For his part, José Antonio Pérez at this point that they bet on open competition and the strengthening of the Local Council for Employment and ancillary and supporting businesses.

Again Jesus Sanchez spoke to indicate that the Plan E government of Spain led to the investment of around seven million euros and creating over 600 jobs.

Unemployment noted that the data are what they are and it certainly is not happy with them.

As for investments, Enrique Jimenez said that the Autonomous Community in Jumilla has invested more than 8 million euros, "but that do not care to say," he said.

In this regard, the IU-Greens candidate qualified that much of that money goes to private institutions.

Public Safety

In the discussion of this point, the number one Republican Coalition said "do not need more police is a repressive apparatus, but to educate society."

Enrique Jiménez for his part said the local police patrols were not working and put into question the treatment of the government team to this body.

He also asked the municipal ambulance "standing for lack of fuel and also ask to be paid to Civil Protection."

José Antonio Pérez believes that we must strengthen police patrols and to enforce the rules, for example, stray animals or people who allow their droppings are made in public.

He also claimed to bet on the new headquarters, "but there will be no support for us to be those who pay, but that everybody pays his own."

The PSOE number one said that "what scares me the PP candidate says: the poorer the people will go better for you."

Sanchez Jimenez said the fuel issue, "which is determined by which again does not tell the truth and doubts about the treatment towards the police, is a very serious statement, but you have to do is report it if it considers that the case. "

For Sanchez "should not be playing with Public Safety."

Over the quarter, Enrique Jimenez said, showing a publication of the PSOE, which "has been an election more than the lies on the barracks and we paid € 90,000 over the project which was awarded illegally."

In this sense, Jesus Sanchez reminded some other breach of PP as the "Water for All", is not worried about anything, all he cares about is hurting the government team and do not address issues such as the Center for Integrated Health. "

Youth and Sports

In this block, there was little debate as the candidates were limited to publicize the proposals set out their respective manifestos.

Municipal economy

Although it was the last, and was the draw he wanted it that way, this issue was perhaps the most anticipated.

The number one Republican Coalition stated that "we are almost bankrupt, the situation is very difficult and you need to change the system, always striving to maintain the welfare state."

Enrique Jimenez, began by saying that nearly three years without a budget, you should talk of austerity and 5,500,000 euros and the banks amounting to 5,469,000 euros.

Jimenez showed some statistics on the proposals and amendments were made as they always accuse him of not presenting anything, and accused UI always vote with the PSOE on economic issues.

IU's candidate, Jimenez told his party manages the statistics you want and you agree, and referred to the last plenary session, where he voted three times against and he does not, then the accounts would not come.

José Antonio Pérez said that "long-term debt not worried, concerned about the short-term debt and equally concerned about the issue of temporary jobs, since according to him, we can not allow more hiring this guy."

The Socialist candidate, acknowledged the debt, but added that "should not be used as a weapon, since the autonomous region, we also owe more than a million euros, and also have two million receivable from sentencing for parks farms. "

The head of the PSOE list for further noted that within the Region of Murcia, Jumilla is a municipality whose council is of the five healthiest. "As for his participation in the governing bodies reproached that added to the initiatives committees, who do not know many businesses and has not ever been to the recruitment tables where all the speakers, and there have been 254. That is the sign of follow-up work and you have made in these four years. "

Enrique Jiménez replied saying "I did not like the tables because there is recruitment going socialist roll, and claimed to have attended," but only four. "The IU-Greens candidate said that" in terms of debt that Winning by a landslide municipalities are governed by the PP. "

Closing and conclusions

Once finished with the topics of conversation, came the turn of closure for each of the candidates, logically shift that took advantage to ask for the vote to citizens.

For the candidate Angel Abellán, his coalition is the voice of the people.

He appealed to those who will abstain to vote in Republican coalition, open to all individuals and organizations who want to work honestly to lay the groundwork for a proposed unitary policy, social injustice and stable employment and public. "

For his part, José Antonio Pérez, said that "govern with humility, transparency and dealing with people's problems. Their primary concerns are unemployment, employment and social needs. In addition to IU-Greens, will guarantee that no no corruption of any kind in the town hall. They bring an air of freedom, not have to choose between the same and the same and must dare to vote for IU-Greens because we govern, "he said.

Enrique Jimenez, "Day May 22 is the day of Jumilla. They have a candidate with clean hands, trained and prepared. They are a special election, because they will change and citizens are members and players in it. Before disillusionment and distrust, we will make the change with the PP. "

Finally, Jesus Sanchez said the May 22 vote, is transcendent and Jumillano should go to vote, a vote that should not be give to those who do not deserve it.

We have ruled with lights and shadows, but mistakes can be committed, which can not afford is to give the vote to those who have not worked.

To win Jumilla, Jumilla and that unites us, bet on us, "he said.
