Celebrations Councilman Ildefonso Jimenez congratulates reelected president |
Recently, the Association of Moros y Cristianos Don Pedro I de Jumilla, held regular annual meeting, chaired by its current president Pedro Martínez Lozano, accompanied by the treasurer and secretary, according to reports from this group.
One of the highlights was the presentation of candidates for election to the presidency.
Due to the absence of these, the assembly unanimously agreed to renew for four years the presidency again in the person of Pedro Martínez Lozano.
After learning of this agreement, Councilman Celebrations Ildefonso Jimenez reelected president congratulates and encourages him to "get over this new mandate the increased participation of the entire social fabric of Moors and Christians."
Similarly, Jones offers the same partnership that has served as a representative of the council, in recent years.
As for the assembly, after the reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting, he happened to accountability in 2009 and an advance of 2010, as the exercise is not yet closed.
The two main issues on the agenda were those related to projects for 2011 and nominations for election to the presidency, which should be held this year.

Similarly it was agreed that the various troupes, in the shortest time, would provide the ideas that have officially to celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary and with this board to prepare the project for the celebration.
In point of nomination, and because of the absence thereof, the assembly unanimously agreed to renew for four years the presidency again in the person of Pedro Martínez Lozano, without going through the motions of the call for new elections .
The current and new president, accepted the job of the assembly and now his first task is to establish its board for the new legislature.
This board will be established as soon as possible at the time notification to the relevant institutions such as City Hall and the UNDEF, as well as media.
