ACEVIN President José Fernando Sanchez will be responsible for carrying out the gloss on the Feast of Exaltation XI Wine (09/08/2010)

The next day, August 12, 2010 will be held in the garden of Pius XII of Santa Ana del Monte, the eleventh edition of the Feast of Exaltation of Jumilla wine.

This year, the person carrying out the gloss of excitement will be the mayor of Alcazar de San Juan and president of ACEVIN José Fernando Sánchez.

As for the wineries participating this year, amounting to a total of 17 are: José María Martínez Verdú Bodega, Bodegas San Isidro, Bodega 1890, Carchelo Bodega, Bodega Casa Castillo, Bodegas Luzon, Casa de la Ermita winery, Bodega Viña Campanero, Bodega Guardiola, Bledsoe Bodega, Bodega Hijos de Juan Gil, Finance Carche Bodega, Bodega Finca Omblancas, Silvano García Bodega, Bodega Pedro Luis Martinez, Elena Vineyard & Winery Bodega Barón del Solar.

These wineries are also two companies that provide certain products such as Channels and Central House Cheese Montesinos, a part of the delivery of the products of the cooperative fields and the DO Jumilla Jumilla Ercolini Pera.

The gloss of the exaltation of wine on this occasion will be headed by José Fernando Sánchez Bódalo, which since September 1999, presides in his capacity as mayor of Alcazar de San Juan, Ciudad Real, the Spanish Association of Wine Cities (ACEVIN), founded in 1994.

BA in Geography and History from the University Complutense of Madrid and former Minister of Industry and Labour of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, is a strong advocate of the culture of wine and wine tourism open to good food, culture , nature and sustainability.

It is also president of the Wine Roads of Spain which are the main banner of ACEVIN.
