The Government Board held this morning has approved the report for the execution of maintenance, repair and maintenance of public roads in the urban area of ​​Jumilla and peripheral areas, which will allow the hiring of a masonry officer and two laborers for a six month period.
Likewise, a report has been approved for the implementation of new projects in the area of ​​Social Policy, which will lead to the start of a volunteer plan, cooperation plan, consumer information and monitoring of health centers.
On the other hand, it is agreed the start of the procedure for awarding the extraordinary lighting contract for local festivities by negotiated procedure, for a non-extendable one-year period, with the base bidding budget of 40,099.40 euros.
It is also approved to extend for one year the private insurance contracts for the City of Jumilla in their lots of patrimonial responsibility, vehicles and material damages, in the three cases with Mapfre and for amounts of 17,099, 19,957 and 23,983 euros respectively.
It is agreed the start of the bidding procedure of the administrative contract for Cadastral services in the City of Jumilla, which will be for four years renewable to two more for a total amount of 621,599.94 euros.
Other agreements
In smaller contracts, it is approved to contract to Limpings Abellán SL for the execution of the works of replacement of the sanitation of the small pool of the Municipal Sports Center La Hoya for a cost of 2,687 euros.
On the other hand, Maisi SL will be contracted for the assembly and regularization of temporary electrical installations for parties in the hamlets of La Alquería, La Raja, Las Encebras, Cañada del Trigo, Torre del Rico and Roman for 2,890.21 euros.
The hiring of the film The Bookshop for a maximum amount of 1,936 euros, of the show Music: Incense and Mantilla for 5,445 fixed euros and a maximum of 5,970 euros, as well as the six performances of this year, are also approved. of the Group of Chorus and Dances of Jumilla for 650 euros each performance.
It is also agreed to hire the Jumilla Handball Club for 6.480 euros for the provision of the service of handball activities program of the Department of Sports.
In liquidation of obligations, an amount of 149,775.44 euros has been approved, as well as several invoices submitted extemporaneously.
