Jumilla will be this year one of the headquarters of the 100x100 Activation Program, as reported by the Department of Economy and Employment.
It consists of a continuous work for 100 days with a group of 25 people seeking employment coordinated by a coach-coach who will have the function of accompanying users in their activities of active job search.
The sessions will be group and individual, offering a personalized service adapted to the circumstances of each user.
It is not a training activity, but to offer users the opportunity to have the support of expert professionals to increase their communication skills, optimize strategies for job search and entrepreneurship, better know the professional potential, formulate professional objectives accordingly to their profile and learn effective techniques to propose to companies, successfully face a selection interview, or start their own professional activities as self-employed or entrepreneurs.
Last year's experience demonstrates the effectiveness of the system.
80% of the participants got a job, which means that 20 of the 25 job seekers were integrated into the labor market and, in addition, 15 of them with a long-term contract.
The selection process for the new process is already underway, with the start scheduled for this month.

Next Wednesday 14, at 11.00 am, the program will be presented at the Roque Baños Center.
100x100 Activation is a service promoted by the SEF and financed by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
