The Local Employment Center of the City of Jumilla offers different services for young people over 16 and under 30. On the one hand is the Operational Youth Employment Program (POEJ) 2014-2020, which is subsidized by the General Directorate of Youth of the Region of Murcia and co-financed by the City of Jumilla and the European Social Fund.
It is a free information, guidance, activation and support service for young people between the ages of 16 and 29 who meet the requirements of the National Youth Guarantee System because they do not have a job and are not integrated into the education or training system.
This service is located on the first floor of the City Hall, from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On the other hand is the Operational Program FSE 2014-2020 of the Region of Murcia (PO FSE).
This program is subsidized by the General Directorate of Youth of the Region of Murcia and co-financed by the City Council and the European Social Fund.
It is a free service of vocational, training and employment guidance aimed at young people between 16 and 29 years old who can not benefit from Youth Guarantee because they are studying, training or working.

Councilor for Youth Employment, Lucía Jiménez, has highlighted the importance of making use of this service, which has recently doubled its staff, "since we guide in the design of a professional itinerary, techniques and tools are provided in the search for employment, As well as providing young people with job offers adapted to their professional profile, they can also find advice on the preparation of the Business Plan and on programs, grants or subsidies. "
