The Ministry of the Presidency and Development of the Region of Murcia has approved the regulatory bases to apply for grants for the rehabilitation of buildings for housing in the area of ​​regeneration and urban renewal of each of the municipalities of the Region of Murcia.
These works will be carried out with the aim of improving residential fabrics and functionally recovering historic sites, urban centers, degraded neighborhoods and rural areas.
Eligible action is understood as each one of the houses that constitute the multi-family building or one single house to be rehabilitated, carrying out maintenance and intervention works in fixed installations, own equipment and common elements, in order to adapt them to the current regulations.
To be a beneficiary of the grants, you must have the building evaluation report and the agreement of the owners' association.
The maximum amount of aid financed from State funds will be determined based on the eligible cost of the action, and may not exceed 35% of it, up to 11,000 euros for each home.
The deadlines for the start and end of the submission of applications will be specified in the corresponding calls.
