RECEVIN (European Network of Wine Cities), which is part of ACEVIN (Association of Spanish Wine Cities), organizes the European Wine Tourism Day, which will be commemorated this Sunday, November 12, with multiple initiatives and events in the cities that are part of the network at European level, as well as in the municipalities of ACEVIN and in the Wine Routes of Spain.
In Jumilla will be commemorated with a day of open doors in museums and Castle, as well as with a free guided tour that will travel for two hours the most emblematic places of the old town.
Also, the wineries will open day, conducting guided tours by appointment and offering tastings for 3 euros.

In this way, it is intended to promote the wine culture, the wine heritage and the traditions of the member cities of RECEVIN and the different national associations that make it up, as well as wine producers and companies in the sector, but also to value more measure the territories that produce wine and the wine tourism routes.
This year, through the association established with AENOTUR International Association of Enotourism, the date will also be marked with events in the cities of Brazil and Uruguay.
The expansion of the European Day of Wine Tourism to the countries of Latin America has as its objective that in the next year the World Enotourism Day will be celebrated.
