This week, the 100x100 Activation Program ended in Jumilla with results that have been described by the Councilor for Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, as "magnificent".
80% of the participants have obtained a job, which means that 20 of the 25 jobseekers have been integrated into the labor market and, in addition, 15 of them with a long-term contract.
The mayor of the area has also added that "the prospects are that the full employability of all participants is achieved and the feelings that remain are that there is a way out of the job market. From the City of Jumilla we are satisfied with the means We have put and with the collaboration that we have had with the SEF to obtain these results ".
Likewise, Juan Gil, has indicated that he will work for this program to be held again in Jumilla.
100x100 Activation is a service promoted by the SEF and financed by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security that seeks to increase the chances of insertion of jobseekers through the mediation of a personal trainer.
Coach Raúl Gallegoha carried out a specific motivational work, followed by a job of 'rediscovery', thanks to which the unemployed have once again become fully aware of their qualities and how to optimize them in the search for employment.
Particular emphasis has been placed on the strengths of each of these people.
