Available for all computing media the app Cuida Jumilla (27/06/2017)

The Councilor for New Technologies, Alfonso Pulido, and the Councilor for Works and Services, Francisco González, presented this morning the application 'Cuida Jumilla' which can now be downloaded and used by all citizens.

It can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play or can be used through the web www.cuidajumilla.es which can also be accessed through a banner from jumilla.org.

It is an app of management of incidents with which anyone can communicate to the City Council the existence of damages in the city.

It is possible to choose the type of incidence between public lighting, public buildings, schools, playgrounds, lots and landfills, public roads, environment, rubbish and containers, street furniture, sewerage, street cleaning, parks and gardens, Signals and traffic lights, as well as a category called 'others' for incidents that can not be classified with any of the above.

The user can add a photo of the malfunction, clear text and even the GPS location to facilitate the place of the malfunction.

The application also informs the user once the issue has been resolved.

Alfonso Pulido stressed that "this is a new form of communication between citizens and the City Council with the aim of improving Jumilla and its surroundings, as well as continue to move towards a closer, modern and transparent administration."

For its part, Francisco González, has reported that the application has already been tested internally during the last six months and have already registered more than 700 incidents that have been resolved.
