The Educate in Equality campaign will work to avoid gender-based discrimination (15/05/2017)

Coinciding with the International Day of Families, the Councilor for Equality and Social Policy, Salvi Pérez, presented the campaign Educate in Equality, which aims to avoid discrimination or inequalities on the basis of sex.

For this, a video has been produced that will be sent to citizens through social networks and local television.

This campaign launches phrases or key messages from different areas of life where you can educate in equality.

It talks about the toys, the professions, the tasks of the daily life, the emotions, the opinions or the freedom to choose.

"The objective is to continue to minimize progressively the inequalities that continue to exist today," said Salvi Pérez.

The video highlights that achieving this challenge is everyone's responsibility, as it is one of the best ways to combat the violence that exists today due to gender.
