Approved hiring of special lighting for Carnival (13/02/2017)

The Government Board approved this morning contracting the extraordinary lighting of Carnival.

Several arches will be placed on Calvario Street, as well as a sign and garlands at the Mercado de Abastos, where the Fiestódromo will be installed.

The company in charge will be Illuminations Farm with a cost of 2,407.90 euros.

On the other hand, an agreement has been approved until the end of the year 2020 to carry out non-work practices in the City of Jumilla by people with intellectual disabilities of the Association Aspajunide.

These are training activities without remuneration and supervised by tutors appointed by the City Council itself.

Likewise, it has been agreed to carry out curricular training practices of two students of the University of Murcia in the area of ​​Human Resources and the Municipal Museum.

In smaller contracts, it has been agreed to hire the companies Comercial Salmerón, Propagua del Levante and Montehellín to supply three batches of products and cleaning utensils with a maximum spending limit of 650, 850 and 5,100 euros respectively.

Modification Projects PARDOSM

Modification of the infrastructure renovation projects in several streets of Jumilla, which will be carried out with subsidy of the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Municipal Services (PARDOSM), have been approved.

Works on La Via street (La Estacada) will cost 65,251.64 euros, of which 52,262.15 euros will come through the grant and 12,989.50 euros as a contribution of the City.

Those on Infante Don Fadrique Street, in the section between Don Pedro Jiménez and Avenida del Casón, will have a cost of 193,820.52 euros, of which 131,506.65 euros will come from the municipal coffers and the rest of CARM.

The section between Doctor Fleming and Don Pedro Jiménez is projected at 182,772.12 euros, of which 106,060.14 euros will be of municipal contribution.

Assignment of niches

The Government Board has accepted the assignment to the City of Jumilla of 34 niches and a pantheon of the Municipal Cemetery that were owned by the Asylum of Elderly Abandoned Jumilla to be used by people without resources.

Other agreements

The staff selection bases have been approved to implement the Joint Employment and Training Program for young beneficiaries of the Youth Guarantee system.

Likewise, the administrative clauses of the special contract for the management of the Municipal Scale are approved.

In addition, the use of the facilities of the Municipal Sports Center La Hoya has been authorized for the celebration of the Regional Championship of Cross to celebrate the next February 19.

In liquidation of obligations, an amount of € 14,314.92 has been approved for the payment of invoices to suppliers.
