Specialized study on deficiencies of San Francisco Pavilion will be contracted (30/01/2017)

The Governing Board held this morning has agreed to contract a study on the deficiencies in the pavement of the Pavilion of CEIP San Francisco.

It will be realized by the company Technical Institute of Materials and Constructions with a cost of 2,952,40 euros.

The City Council is immersed in a procedure to demand the correction to the construction company of the damages that arose in the pavement of the runway of this installation that supposed the takeoff of the sheet of PVC that covers the floor.

"This hired study will allow the evaluation of problems by a specialized company and provide an adequate solution," according to the government spokesman, Alfonso Pulido, who has assured that it will be repaired in the shortest possible time either by the company or, "if Not possible, in a subsidiary way by the City Council itself. "

On the other hand, the contract for services of cleaning of the municipal buildings with the mercantile Onet-Seralia was extended by one year until January 31, 2018 for a sum of 477,478.21 euros.

Likewise, the contract of maintenance and inspection of municipal lifts with the company Pecres is extended.

The Board of Governors has also agreed to modify the composition of the Permanent Recruitment Bureau to assist the Board with the incorporation of Juan Gil Mira and the resignation of María Candelaria Fernández Medina.
