Positive balance of IU-Greens for the last Ordinary Plenary of 2016 (22/12/2016)

In its assessment of the last ordinary plenary of the year, IU-Greens qualifies the same as quite positive, in addition to unanimous approvals, for the development of the same in good harmony.

They show their complaint about the excessive delay of the Delegate Councilor of Montes, Juan Gíl, in order to be treated in the plenary session the economic-administrative conditions that will govern the hunting of the mounds of municipal ownership.

They consider a negligence that has been approved so late, and highlight the guilt of the CC.AA of the Region of Murcia, as unfortunately it is the same that has the powers in this area.

From IU-Greens believe that it would be better a list of less years and less economic amount, which would allow Jumillanos could have more options to undertake the bid.

With regard to the Municipal Equality Plan, they express their joy at the approval.

In addition, have asked the Delegate Councilor for Equality, Salvadora Pérez, that next year include more activities aimed at men.

The Plenary continued with two motions of the Popular Party.

The first of them on measures of accessibility for the improvement of the conditions of use of municipal buildings for people with alzhemer.

In this regard, IU-Verdes showed their support and added that on several occasions they have proposed to dedicate 1% of the total municipal budget to make the accessibility plan.

They criticize that public buildings are often the least accessible, and hope that little by little this situation can be reversed.

The other motion called for a transfer of olive trees from gardens and municipal areas to the accompaniment program for social inclusion.

IU-Verdes goes further and calls for an employment plan that includes cultivation, maintenance and harvesting, focusing on people at risk or in situations of social exclusion.

Next, the urgency of the change of day of one of the workers of the PSOE was treated.

The proposal was to modify the recruitment of administrative assistants of the PSOE, to have a person at 100%, instead of 2 people at 50% as before.

IU-Verdes abstained on this point because this file reached the plenary session without the corresponding report and in addition, it is an issue that could have been dealt with in a pre-plenary commission, or in the extraordinary 5 days before.

They believe that the disorganization of the Government Team gave rise to this situation, and that due to their lack of rigor in the matter, their own workers were harmed of the situation.

They end by asking the Government Team for answers to the many questions that are left unanswered in the different rounds of the plenary sessions, as they accumulate and continue to fail to provide solutions in many respects.
