Ministry of Environment and City Council signed the agreement improvements mountains (31/10/2016)

The Forest Act provides that local entities holding classified mountains apply to fund improvements, whose destination is the conservation and improvement of the mountains included in the catalog of public utility, an amount to be determined by the communities and will not be less than 15 percent of the value of their forest harvesting or income derived by occupations or other activities on the mountain.

The mayor, Juan Guardiola, said that "we should work to try these agreements are signed shortly before the goal that people who go to work can do so for more than months."
