Environment allocated about 168,000 euros to improve and maintain public forests of Jumilla (31/10/2016)

In the Community annually invests about 300,000 euros mountains conditioning cataloged of public utility, involving some 176,000 hectares

The Minister of Water, Agriculture and Environment, Adela Martinez-Cacho, today visited the Monte de Santa Ana in Jumilla, along with the mayor of the town, Juana Guardiola Verdú, to see the work to be carried out in a area of ​​56 hectares distributed between the Sierra de Santa Anta and the Bushes Sierra mountains in the municipality Jumillano.

These arrangements are limited to the agreement signed between the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment and the City of Jumilla, amounting to 167,896 euros and also includes the rehabilitation and improvement of shelter Regional Park of El Carche, in order to improve the state of the facilities.

Work will focus on improving carpentry and paving the ground floor.
