The Government Board held yesterday has approved the administrative clauses and has arranged the opening of the adjudication procedure for the hiring of the asphalting plan and sidewalks of the town center and the asphalting plan in districts.
The urban center has a bidding base budget of 170,000 euros and that of districts of 145,000 euros.
The Councilor for Works and Urban Planning, Francisco González, said that "as in the plans made in previous years, technical criteria are taken into account to choose the sections of the streets to be conditioned, so that the areas with the greatest they need it".
In the town center it is about 12 sections:
-Avenida de Reyes Católicos (between Avenida la Asunción and Calle Fueros)
- Vicente Medina Street (between Santo Tomás and Infante don Fadrique)
-Isaac Peral Street (between Vicente Medina and Fuensanta)
-Saavedra Fajardo Street (between Infante Don Fadrique and Isaac Peral)
-Steps Street (between High Steps and Calvary)
-Duque Street (between Canónigo Lozano and Yecla Avenue)
-Cura Abellán Street (between Fatima and Cervantes)
-Sagasta Street (between Cura Abellán and Canónigo Lozano)
-Calvario Street (between Cruces and Amargura)
-Marchante Street (corner with Tornero)
-Street Zorrilla (between Paz and Hernando de Nuño)
- San Blas Street (complete, with sidewalks included)
In addition, different sections of three of the districts that have an urban area will be conditioned:
-The Farmhouse (four zones)
-Fuente del Pino (Laundry, down to the laundry and sidewalk)
-Cañada del Trigo (perimeter church and streets Mayor, Sol, Nueva and other sections)
Francisco González has also informed that the asphalting of the streets Cuesta Puntero, Calvario, in different sections, from Amargura to Pasos, as well as the street that joins the corporate headquarters is proposed as improvements to be offered by companies participating in the tender of the Torre del Rico with the historic tower and the church square of the Cañada del Trigo.
Likewise, the list of administrative clauses has been approved and the opening of the adjudication procedure for the hiring of the transformation center, the low-voltage underground line and the underground distribution network of the Cerro del Castillo Industrial Estate has been arranged, being the budget tender base of 259,747.20 euros.
Wine Museum award proposal
The Governing Board has approved the contract award proposal for the execution of the museological and museological project for the Jumilla Wine Museum with the company Tenada Nueva SL for a cost of 87,805.17 euros, as well as the proposal for the award of the installation and equipment of a museum project for the same building with the company Patrimonio Inteligente SL for 306,137.30 euros.
30,000 euros for agreements with FAMPA
The two agreements with the FAMPA have been approved by name in the 2019 Municipal Budget. On the one hand, a grant of 10,000 euros for the update in enrichment of the funds of the school libraries of all students of Primary and Secondary Education and, by another, a grant of 20,000 euros aimed at the realization of activities of the training of students that promote the integral participation of the educational community.
Likewise, the justifications for the 2018 financial year grants of the Municipal Baseball School and the Jumilla Soccer Club have been approved.
Other agreements
The HP Printing and Computing Solutions company is awarded the contract for the supply of 10 desktops and 5 laptops for 9,368.43 euros through the Framework Agreement of the Centralized Contracting System, as well as Hewlett-Packard the supply contract for 61 computer screens for 9,964.35 euros through the same system.
The continuity of the Youth Employment Operational Program for the year 2020 has been approved for an estimated cost of 23,727.98 euros.
In liquidation of obligations, an amount of 106,016.04 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers, nine urban planning licenses, a segregation license and four works certifications.
