The Caja Mediterráneo Foundation classroom reopens on Wednesday the 27th as Jumilla Cultural Space (20/11/2019)

On Wednesday 27 at 7.30 pm the old culture classroom of the Caja Mediterráneo Foundation reopens to the public with the name of Jumilla Cultural Space.

The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, will inaugurate the facilities, once they have been reconditioned for use after several closed years and after the signing of the transfer agreement between both entities.

The event will be attended by the president of the Caja Mediterráneo Foundation, Luis Boyer.

The Jumilla Cultural Space will once again be at the service of citizens with an exhibition of watercolors by the Jumillano painter, Jesús Lozano Saorín, under the title of 'Uncertain Future'.

It will also open on Wednesday and can be visited until January 12, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The facilities include an auditorium with 224 seats, an exhibition hall and a library.

"This is the reopening of a place of reference for the social and cultural field of Jumillanos, which will complement the cultural offer of the municipality, an intermediate space in terms of size between the Theater and the smallest rooms we have", said the mayor, Juana Guardiola.
