The General Directorate of the Natural Environment has issued a resolution approving the Annual Plan of Achievements 2018, in forests of public utility, both municipally owned and owned by CARM.
It is possible to proceed, therefore, to the adjudication of the pastures, esparto grass and aromatic plants consigned in the plan in accordance with what is established in the current Local Regime legislation on heritage management and contracting.
To make use of the exploitations, the interested ones will have to present / display in the City council the request of adjudication of mount for the aprovechamiento of pastures, aromatic plants (rosemary or thyme) and from the Service of Agriculture and Mountains will be processed the authorization files of individual character of the use.
Regarding the use of pastures, the time of enjoyment will be from October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019. For the use of aromatic plants (thyme and rosemary), the period for the collection of thyme is established, in principle, during the month of May, and those species of the generothymusp included with the category of vulnerable or special interest in Annex I of Decree 50/2003, of May 30, which arethymus moroderi, thymus antoninae and thymus zygis subsp should be excluded from exploitation .
Sylvestris
The use of rosemary is established for annual periods of 6 months (from March 1 to May 31 and from October 1 to December 31).
As for the esparto, the time of enjoyment of the use is for the period October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
