The workers of the City Council will have an attendance of 35 hours per week (31/07/2018)

The union organizations that make up the Personnel Board in the City of Jumilla, CSIF, UGT, CCOO and SIME, have agreed at the General Negotiation Table, to consider as face-to-face 35 hours per week and 2.5 non-contact hours, "to favor the professional development and the personal and work-life balance of public employees ".

This morning, the councilor for Personnel, Alfonso Pulido, and the President of the Personnel Board, Miguel Toledo, informed this agreement in individual press conferences, in the presence of representatives of the unions.

The non-contact day part will be reserved for training and improvement courses, outside the working day, for all public employees who wish to do so, compensating said training gradually, and in the least harmful way, which will mean a maximum effective time compensation of 30 minutes per day.

Likewise, it has been agreed to establish the remuneration supplements so that 100% of the fixed remuneration of the month of the beginning of the temporary disability is reached, which will guarantee that the public employees who are in this situation, will receive their fixed remunerations from the first day.
