Solved in just over a year almost 2,000 incidents sent through the Cuida Jumilla application (02/05/2018)

The City of Jumilla has given solution to almost 2,000 incidents that citizens have sent through the application 'Cuida Jumilla', through which anyone can communicate to the City Council the existence of damage in the city.

Since its launch in February last year there have been a total of 2,016 incidents, of which 1,928 have been resolved.

The remaining 88 are in process or have been denied for any question.

The application began to be used internally to put it to the test and it is since last June of 2017 when it is open to all citizens.

Taking into account its typology, the most common incidents are those related to lighting, public spaces and schools.

The public buildings with the greatest number of incidents are the City Hall and the El Alpicoz Social Center, while the Adult Education Center and the Colegio Nuestra Señora de La Asunción occupy the first two positions in terms of the number of applications related to educational centers.

'Cuida Jumilla' can be downloaded and used by all citizens.

It can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play or can be used through the website www.cuidajumilla.es, which can also be accessed through a banner from www.jumilla.org.

The councilor of New Technologies, Alfonso Pulido stressed that "the goal was to have a new form of communication between citizens and the City Council that serves to improve Jumilla and its environment, as well as continue to advance in getting a closer, modern and transparent".
