Assigned for 32 municipal local associations and groups that have applied in response to the ordinance (03/06/2010)

On Tuesday, Councilman Ildefonso Jimenez Civic Participation held a meeting with representatives of groups and associations of Jumilla.

The purpose of the meeting was to report on local municipal allocations that were approved in plenary in May.

At this plenum unanimously approved the allocation of 32 local associations and groups Jumillano who have met the requirements for documentation requesting the ordinance granting the use of municipal premises.

According Ildefonso Jimenez said "its use will be from June 15 is when Socio Cultural Center opens Roque Baños and also opens a new call for groups that have not done or that has failed to submit any documentation their applications. "

Citizen Participation Councilman added that "with this new ordinance and the new local municipal regulation, we hope to fulfill the expectations that the groups are asking for."

Some of these facilities is allocated individual use, others sharing and other occasional use.

The transfer of use, as reflected in the regulatory ordinance, will be free in no time would constitute an economic right to either party.

Regarding the assessment criteria for the allocation of these places has been taken into account aspects such as number of partners, age of the group, social work in the past two years, fulfilling its municipal obligations, cooperation with other associations, benefit or impact direct their actions on behalf of disadvantaged groups, duration and schedule of activities and space and furniture needs for the achievement of its activities, among others.

At this meeting with the groups, also reported the maintenance and works on the premises, duties and obligations of beneficiaries and users, and issues not allowed, among other topics.

Thus, the local associations have succeeded in Sociocultural Centre Roque Baños are the OJ Pera, the Association of Immigrants Cañaris Nuevo Amanecer, the CRDO Murcia cheese and Murcia al Vino Cheese, the Association of Moros y Cristianos D.

Also, other groups will be located in different rooms of the Civic Center and are the Alpicoz Neighborhood Association of the District of San Antón, the Coral Canticorum, the Association of Theatre and Culture of The Encebras, Peña Flamenca Cultural Association and Golden Grape Physically Handicapped Association of Jumilla.

Likewise, it is noted that some associations that are currently located in other places to stay in the same city.

This is the case of the following groups: Central Board of the Brotherhood, Jumillano Association Friends of Music, Musical Association Julian Santos, Hinneni Group, Cultural Association Al Andalus Neighborhood Association Santa Maria del Rabal "Our Lady of Loreto, Red Cross, Senior Citizens Club del Barrio de San Juan and Songs and Dances.
